A non-refundable deposit holds your agreed event date and time. Our team confirms the deposit amount and remaining payment details with your quote. Rain dates are not guaranteed; any rescheduling is at our discretion.
Do you offer rain dates?
Rain dates are not guaranteed. Any weather-related rescheduling is at Platinum Plus’s discretion. Contact our team to discuss weather and the arrangements for your booking.
Are insurance certificates available?
Yes. Insurance certificates are available. Let our team know your venue’s certificate requirements before booking.
Can you provide DOE paperwork?
Yes. Platinum Plus is an NYC DOE vendor and can provide DOE paperwork. Tell us what your school’s purchasing team needs when you request a quote.

Silver runs for 90 minutes, Gold for 120 minutes and Platinum for 150 minutes.
How many guests can join?
Silver includes up to 8 guests, Gold up to 12 and Platinum up to 15. Each total includes the birthday guest.
Who hosts the party?
Three glam party hosts support the listed packages. Tell us the guests’ ages, preferences and any product sensitivities or restrictions before booking.
Are adult parties available?
Ask about Brunch & Bubbles or Sip & Paint for 6–8 guests. Each lasts 2 hours with 3 glam party hosts.
How do we reserve a date?
Choose a package and send your date, address and group details. Our team will confirm availability, setup, your personalized quote and reservation terms. An inquiry does not reserve the date.
