A special activity at your camp
Plan a gaming activity for a camp celebration, theme day or end-of-session event. The mobile lounge brings PS5, Xbox Series X and Nintendo Switch gaming to your site. Share the campers’ ages and preferences so we can discuss the experience you want.
Rotate cabins or age groups
Send the number of groups, estimated campers in each and the activity window. Let us know about lunch, bus arrivals and other scheduled activities. Our team will discuss participation and rotation timing before confirming an event plan; do not assume the whole camp can play at once.
Coordinate with your counselors
Two game coaches help participants use the gaming equipment. Your counselors should coordinate attendance, group transitions and the waiting area. Tell us about any accessibility questions or game-content guidelines you want to review ahead of time.
Prepare the activity area
Provide the camp address, gate instructions and an arrival contact. Ask the team to review the proposed truck space and nearby pedestrian traffic. Optional inflatables, cornhole, laser tag and other add-ons are quoted separately with their setup and staffing requirements.
