Send the school name, district, date and purchasing contact. Nassau school districts set their own vendor and purchasing requirements. Ask which documents and insurance certificates your event needs; NYC DOE registration is not a Nassau County vendor approval.

What is included in your event plan?
A climate-controlled gaming lounge with PS5, Xbox Series X and Nintendo Switch gaming, two game coaches and space for 20–25 players. Choose 2, 3 or 4 hours. Allow 3–4 parking spaces and share the arrival route, proposed truck position and game-content preferences. There is no minimum age; tell us the participants’ ages so we can discuss suitable play.
Plan participation and event flow.
Plan class rotations against the event timetable. Include the number of classes, students per group and available playing time; staff should supervise the waiting area and the route between the campus and truck.
Before you book.
How many players can use the truck?
The truck accommodates 20–25 players. Larger school groups can ask about rotations. Two game coaches help guests get started.
How do we confirm availability and pricing?
Send your date, exact address, group ages, headcount and preferred service. Your personalized quote confirms availability, setup, any travel fee and booking terms. A request does not reserve the date.
