Welcome to Platinum Plus Mobile Gaming (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking our services, using our website, or engaging with our mobile gaming experiences, you agree to the following Terms & Policies.

1. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • To reserve a date with Platinum Plus Mobile Gaming, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required.

  • This deposit secures the availability of our services for your event date and time.

  • Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • If you cancel your event, the deposit will not be returned.

  • If you wish to reschedule, your deposit may be applied toward a new date only if requested at least 7 days before the original event.

  • If we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., emergencies, equipment failure), all payments excluding the deposit will be refunded or applied to a rescheduled date.

2. Privacy Policy

Platinum Plus Mobile Gaming is committed to protecting your privacy.

  • We collect only the information necessary to facilitate bookings and provide services.

  • Personal information is never sold or shared with third parties.

  • Your data is stored securely and used solely for customer communication, bookings, and event coordination.

3. Bad Weather Policy

  • Our air-conditioned video game truck is designed to operate in both hot and cold weather.

  • Events will proceed as scheduled as long as it is safe and feasible for our team to reach your location.

  • In cases of extreme or unsafe weather, rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.

  • Client safety and enjoyment remain our top priorities.

4. Damage & Injury Policy

  • The client/host is responsible for any damages to equipment or the truck caused by guests.

  • The client/host is also responsible for any injuries resulting from negligent or unsafe behavior during the event.

  • Platinum Plus Mobile Gaming staff will enforce safety rules, and all guests are expected to follow them.

5. Food & Drink Policy

  • No food or drinks are permitted inside the video game truck.

  • Guests may enjoy refreshments outside the gaming area.

  • All guests are encouraged to wash their hands before entering to help maintain a clean and hygienic environment.

6. Picture Policy

  • Guests are welcome to take pictures inside the truck.

  • Platinum Plus Mobile Gaming reserves the right to use pictures taken during events for promotional purposes.

  • If you do not wish for photos to be used, please notify us in advance.

7. Video Game Rating Policy

  • By default, Mature-rated (M) games will not be played during events.

  • If the client wishes to include “M” rated games, explicit permission must be given in advance.

  • We are committed to providing age-appropriate entertainment based on your preferences.

8. Tipping Policy

  • Tipping is never required but always appreciated.

  • Our staff works hard to deliver the best possible experience, and tips are a way to recognize great service.

9. Liability

  • We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances outside of our control (e.g., severe weather, road closures, power outages).

  • We are not liable for lost or stolen personal belongings during the event.
