Make the program schedule work
After-school events often have a short window between arrival, activities and pickup. Tell us when students arrive, the time families collect them and how long each group has to play. We will discuss a gaming schedule that fits your program rather than assume every student arrives together.
Choose games around your group
Share student ages and your program’s game-content preferences before the event. The truck offers modern console gaming with two game coaches to help participants get started. Ask which games and multiplayer options are available for your date.
Coordinate pickup and supervision
Provide an on-site organizer, a waiting area and a plan for students entering and leaving the truck. Keep the setup separate from pickup traffic and emergency access. Your program can review the proposed location with our team before booking.
For schools and community programs
We serve school-based programs and community youth organizations across Nassau, NYC and western Suffolk. NYC DOE schools can reference vendor when requesting a quote. Manhattan and some Suffolk locations have travel fees; provide the full address for an accurate estimate.
