Give neighbors a place to gather around shared games during your community celebration. Tell us the age range, estimated attendance and whether you want timed groups or a more flexible event schedule. Ask about two, three or four hours with two game coaches.
Arrange access before the street fills
Send the exact street location, an arrival contact and the proposed setup area. If your event includes a street closure, coordinate entry and departure with the event organizer before guests and other vendors arrive. We will review the truck’s access needs with you.
Leave room for the neighborhood
The organizer should confirm any required permissions for the event and keep emergency routes, driveways and accessible paths clear. Do not assume the truck will fit a specific street space until our team has reviewed the plan. Include nearby vendors or activities that may affect positioning.
