An after-school gaming celebration.
For an after-school event, provide pickup times, group sizes and the approved space for the truck. Coordinate the truck’s arrival separately from the busiest student and family movements.
Choose games around your group.
Tell the coaches the participants’ ages, favorite games and any content restrictions. There is no minimum age; activity choices should still fit the people playing.
