Camp and summer activity days.
Camp organizers can send the number of groups, participant ages and available rotation windows. Identify a shaded or supervised waiting area and keep the access route clear during setup and group changes.
Make a weather and access plan.
The gaming lounge is climate controlled, but guests still need a safe way to reach it. Discuss venue access and weather arrangements with the team; rain dates are not guaranteed.
