School and larger-group events.
For a school celebration, send the campus address, class counts and the time available for each group. School staff should plan supervision and the route between classrooms, waiting areas and the truck.
Use the right purchasing process.
Ask your school or organization which purchasing documents and insurance certificates it needs. NYC DOE registration does not replace a Nassau school district’s own requirements.
NASSAU COUNTY GAME TRUCK

What is included in your event plan?
A climate-controlled gaming lounge with PS5, Xbox Series X and Nintendo Switch gaming, two game coaches and space for 20–25 players. Choose 2, 3 or 4 hours. Allow 3–4 parking spaces and share the arrival route, proposed truck position and game-content preferences. There is no minimum age; tell us the participants’ ages so we can discuss suitable play.
Before you book.
How many players can use the truck?
The truck accommodates 20–25 players. Larger school groups can ask about rotations. Two game coaches help guests get started.
How do we confirm availability and pricing?
Send your date, exact address, group ages, headcount and preferred service. Your personalized quote confirms availability, setup, any travel fee and booking terms. A request does not reserve the date.
